Regulations on Management of Off-campus Accommodation for International Students( to try out)

第一条 为加强新人注册送58元体验金新人权益留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益校外住宿管理，根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》《新人注册送58元体验金新人权益新人注册送58元体验金新人权益管理规定》等法律和文件规定，结合新人注册送58元体验金新人权益实际，制定本办法。

Article 1：These measures are formulated according to the Emigration and immigration administration law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations of Tianjin University of Sport on the Administration of Students, other laws and documents, combining with the actual situation of our university to strengthen the management of off-campus accommodation of international students.

第二条 新生第一学年必须住校，在校内居住满一年后，方可申请校外住宿。申请校外住宿的新人注册送58元体验金新人权益应于每年5月-6月间办理下一学年校外住宿申请手续，新学年开始后一律不再办理。

Article 2: New students must live in dormitory at school for the first academic year, and students can only apply for off-campus accommodation after living at school for at least one year. Students applying for off-campus accommodation should complete the application procedures for the next academic year between May and June each year, and we will no longer handle any procedures after the start of the new academic year.

第三条 申请校外住宿的，须向传媒与艺术新人注册送58元体验金新人权益（国际新人注册送58元体验金新人权益新人注册送58元体验金新人权益）（以下简称新人注册送58元体验金新人权益）递交《新人注册送58元体验金新人权益外国留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益校外住宿申请表》（附件1），签订《新人注册送58元体验金新人权益留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益校外住宿安全责任书》（附件2）。新人注册送58元体验金新人权益对校外住宿地址等信息进行查验，审批通过后，方可办理校外住宿合同签订、缴付押金等相关手续。

Article 3：Students who apply for off-campus accommodation must submit Application for off-campus accommodation (Annex 1) to the College of Communication and Arts (College of International Education) (hereinafter referred to as the College), and sign Letter of Responsibility for the Safety of Off-campus Accommodation (Annex 2). And then the college will verify the address and other information. After approval, relevant procedures such as signing an off-campus accommodation contract and paying a deposit can be processed.

第四条 校外住宿的留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益，须在24小时内办理《境外人员备查卡》（以下简称备查卡），并在2天内将备查卡复印件或照片提交至新人注册送58元体验金新人权益留存备案。

Article 4: International students who reside off-campus must apply for the Reference Card within 24 hours, and submit a copy or photo of the reference card to the college for record keeping within 2 days.

第五条 有变更校外住宿地址的留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益，须告知新人注册送58元体验金新人权益，重新递交《新人注册送58元体验金新人权益外国留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益校外住宿申请表》，并到新的房屋所属地派出所办理新的备查卡。

Article 5：International students who have changed their off-campus accommodation address must inform the College, and resubmit the Application for off-campus accommodation, apply for a new reference card at the local police station where the new house is located.

第六条 申请校外住宿并获得批准的新人注册送58元体验金新人权益，校内床位一般不再保留，应于批准之日起3日内办理退宿手续；并搬离新人注册送58元体验金新人权益宿舍；其住宿费按新人注册送58元体验金新人权益有关规定办理。凡未经批准私自校外住宿者不退还住宿费，其本人承担由此产生的后果，新人注册送58元体验金新人权益将根据有关规定给予纪律处分。

Article 6: For Students who apply for off-campus accommodation and obtain approval, the school shall generally no longer retain their dormitory beds, and they shall complete the check-out procedures within 3 days from the date of approval; Move out of the students dormitory; The fee of accommodation shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school. Anyone who stays off-campus without approval, the school will not give back the accommodation fee. And the students should bear the consequences arising therefrom, and the college will impose disciplinary sanctions according to relevant regulations.

第七条 校外住宿的留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益申请搬回新人注册送58元体验金新人权益宿舍住宿，必须由本人提出书面申请，经新人注册送58元体验金新人权益批准后统一安排住宿，并按规定缴纳住宿费。

Article 7: International students who wish to move back to their student dormitories for off-campus accommodation must submit a written application by themselves, and after obtaining approval from the college, students can arrange accommodation uniformly and pay accommodation fees according to regulations.

第八条 校外住宿的留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益须遵守中国的法律法规与社会公德，尊重中华民族的生活习惯，尤其注意保持安静的居住秩序，严禁噪音扰民。校外住宿期间，禁止出入酒吧、夜店等不安全场所，严禁涉毒（含大麻制品），禁止酗酒、嫖娼及赌博行为。

Article 8: International students residing off-campus must abide by Chinese laws, regulations and social ethics, respect the living habits of the Chinese nation, and pay special attention to maintaining a quiet living order, strictly prohibiting noise interference. During off-campus accommodation, it is prohibited to enter unsafe places such as bars and nightclubs, engage in drugs (including marijuana products), and engage in alcohol abuse, prostitution and gambling.

第九条 校外住宿的留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益应增强安全防范意识和自我保护意识，在校外发生的一切纠纷、安全等问题，均由新人注册送58元体验金新人权益本人负责。

Article 9: International students who reside outside of campus should enhance their awareness of safety precautions and self-protection. All disputes, safety and other issues arising outside of school shall be the responsibility of the students themselves.

第十条 留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益校外住宿期间应按照新人注册送58元体验金新人权益要求正常参加各项新人注册送58元体验金新人权益和集体活动，如出现多次迟到或旷课现象，新人注册送58元体验金新人权益有权给予相关处分，并责令新人注册送58元体验金新人权益按期返校住宿。

Article 10: International students shall participate in various teaching and collective activities as required by the school during their off-campus accommodation period. If they are late or absent multiple times, the school has the right to impose relevant penalties and order them to return to the school for accommodation on time.

第十一条 新人注册送58元体验金新人权益密切与留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益校外住宿地居委会保持联络，建立每月走访制度，留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益辅导员每月对校外居住留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益进行家访，了解留新人注册送58元体验金新人权益在校外住宿、生活、新人注册送58元体验金新人权益情况，帮助解决相关问题，新人注册送58元体验金新人权益应积极配合新人注册送58元体验金新人权益相关工作。

Article 11: The college shall maintain close contact with the residential committee of the international students’ off-campus accommodation, establish a monthly visit system, and the international student counselor shall conduct monthly home visits to international students to know about their accommodation, living and learning conditions, and help to solve relevant problems. Students shall actively cooperate with the college’s relevant work.

第十二条 本办法由新人注册送58元体验金新人权益传媒与艺术新人注册送58元体验金新人权益（国际新人注册送58元体验金新人权益新人注册送58元体验金新人权益）负责解释。

Article 12：College of Communication and Arts (College of International Education) of Tianjin University of Sport is responsible for the interpretation of these measures.
