It seems we are running a little behind in getting out of OB. Yesterday I packed my pack and went for a walk...also testing out our radios. My packing list is as follows:

• zip up fleece
• zip up jacket
• backpack: kelty moraine 3200
• sandles: teva brazillians
• hiking boots: waterproof merrells
• lonely planet guide to backpacking through south america
• sleeping linen
• backpack rain cover
• two-way radio: curtis with 2 mile range
• body wash: dove
• traveller's towel
• toothbrush and toothbrush holder
• three t-shirts, three pairs of hiking pants, and seven boxer shorts
• long underwear
• traveller's wallet: fits underneath my clothes
• rain jacket: eddie bauer
• first aid kit
• lip balm: vaseline (has millions of uses!)
• deoderant: speed stick (ocean scent)
• small pocket spiral notebook: mead
• blank book
• pens: pilot V5
• passport
• copies of passport, tickets, id cards, and birth certificates
• acidolphilous: 90 pills
• ginger tablets: 60 pills
• leatherman tool
• small flashlight
• sun block: spf 45
• yellow fever vaccination papers
• sink drain plug
• contacts case, saline solution, and glasses
• bug repellant: insect block with 29% DEET and clothing and gear insect block with permanone
• calomine lotion
• crest toothpaste: small size
• pepto bismol
• actifed
• imodium ad

I believe that just about does it. I believe it's time for me to finish up moving and get on the road.
