IF you are considering giving *chat admin*
to regular chat hosts (which I'm not saying
you should or shouldn't) but...I would be VERY
selective as to who gets them.
I don't know all the chat hosts that are in the chathost club, but some of
the ones I do know might do okay with it. However I know a few that
would make it a total disaster!!
Most of the chat hosts have very little experience dealing w/ the
difficulties in chat. They haven't quite figured out some of the do's and
don'ts yet.
I try to stress the *send out an SOS* to CC HOSTS
(or even former Hosts)that are on line. Maybe if we give them a list of
ppl to look for on line it would make it easier to get help into chat when
they need it.
*shug* Those are just a few of my own personal thoughts.
